Supports operations ensuring a results management structure for the design and execution of strategy, program(s), and the country portfolio that responds to the strategic objectives shared between the country and the Bank. Supports technical and fiduciary supervision of project execution on the basis of risks, achievement of results and disbursements. Supports strategic budget and human resources planning and performance monitoring. Supports country dialogue and the management of external client expectations related to the products and services provided by the Bank.
