  • Map existing parenting initiatives and explore opportunities for integration and multisectoral collaboration.

  • Contribute to the development of a comprehensive PEP Framework, including outreach strategies (WhatsApp, newsletters, podcasts), pilot community selection, delivery plans, and TORs for champions.

  • Assist with logistics for Champion training and rollout of Lime & Learn sessions, ensuring accessibility and inclusivity.

  • Help plan and disseminate podcasts and awareness content with MEDT’s Media Resource Department, highlighting parent experiences.

  • Create reusable tools and templates (checklists, scripts, feedback forms) to support program scale-up and institutionalization.

  • Support the design and implementation of an M&E framework, collect data securely, monitor families and training outcomes, and track participation and feedback.

  • Contribute to the sustainability plan with MEDT, including refinements, geographic rollout strategies, and continuity beyond the first year.
