About the Talent Pool

What you might do
- Provide end-user IT support to IDB Group personnel at the Representation, ensuring effective use of IT tools (hardware, software, connectivity, and training resources).
- Provision and manage standard workstations in accordance with corporate guidelines, supporting assets throughout their full lifecycle.
- Ensure standard web conferencing equipment is properly maintained and operates at optimal performance levels.
- Assist in the maintenance of IT infrastructure, including networking, telecommunications, security systems, facilities-related solutions, and coordination with local service providers.
- Collaborate in the implementation of new IT initiatives, acting as a liaison to other IT teams and involved areas.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date operational documentation, ensuring proper registration in ticketing systems, reports, dashboards, and other required platforms.
Requirements
- Education: Academic Degree/ Level or equivalent Years of Professional Work Experience on BSc. Computer Science. Working knowledge in MS Windows 10, MS O365, communication platforms, mobile devices (Android/iOS), MS Active Directory, VMWare/VDI and workstations maintenance. Desirable working knowledge of ITIL processes for incident, service request and knowledge management. Certification is a plus. Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and continuous improvement frameworks is a plus.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in the IT field. Experience in customer support activities. Experience in Project Management, based on the PMI standard is a plus.
- Additional education/experience: 1) Proficiency in AI and generative AI technologies, along with their potential applications; and 2) Extensive understanding of ethical considerations and responsible use of AI.
- Languages: Proficiency in English and one of the other Bank official languages (Spanish, French or Portuguese) is required.
