About the Program
Join the Inter-American Development Bank Group (IDB Group) Winter 2026 Graduate Internship Program and gain hands-on experience. The IDB Group is the leading source of financing and knowledge for improving lives in Latin America and the Caribbean. It comprises the IDB, which works with the region’s public sector and enables the private sector; IDB Invest, which directly supports private companies and projects; and IDB Lab, which spurs entrepreneurial innovation.

Who Can Apply
To be eligible, you must:
- Be a citizen of an IDB member country (IDB Invest has no nationality restrictions).
- Be an active graduate student enrolled in a Master’s or Ph.D. program.
- Have completed at least 50% of your coursework at the time of application.
- Have a graduation date after the internship period.
- Not have previously worked at the IDB Group under any contractual modality.
- Meet work authorization requirements (for U.S.-based international students, CPT/OPT may apply. Students based outside the U.S, the IDB Group will support your request for a G4 visa).
