  • Run consultations across IDB departments, country offices, and knowledge sectors to gather timely information and coordinate inputs that respond to the VPF’s requests and institutional priorities.
  • Provide tailored analytical support ranging from financial modeling and disbursement scenarios to thematic analyses (e.g., sector programs, public finance, or regional initiatives), in support of lending envelope design, pipeline planning, and strategic decision-making.

This support will also extend to the VPF’s participation in internal committees through concise analysis and recommendations.
  • Prepare executive briefs and financial documentation (transactions, issuances, debt management trends) for the VPF’s ready reference, and systematize applied lessons from MDBs, international institutions, and working groups, with emphasis on public finance, sovereign debt, capital markets, and financial risk management.
