About this position

We are seeking an innovative and collaborative team player to support our data and analytics and digital transformation journey. In this dynamic role, you will be part of a team designing solutions to elevate workplace services and enhance the employee experience. Your expertise will drive improvements in data and analytics, process enhancements, project management, and the use of technological tools.

You will work in the Portfolio Management & Business Analytics Group (PMA) of the Budget and Administrative Services Department (BDA). The PMA is responsible for leading the planning and monitoring of capital investments, managing and enhancing the project management and space management systems, and planning and monitoring multi-million dollar administrative and capital budgets. The PMA also leads departmental initiatives under the Bank’s Digital Transformation Program, with a strong focus on process enhancements, data, and analytics.

What you’ll do

  • Data & Analytics: Contribute to the design, maintenance, and continuous improvement of analytics tools that guide decision-making and track project performance, budgets, and service quality.
  • Digital Transformation: Help assess, document, and implement digital solutions that enhance workplace services through client-focused, modern technologies.
  • Project Management: Support the adoption of best practices and the enhancement of the project management system and tools to ensure timely, on-budget delivery of capital investments and other projects.

What you'll need

Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Data Science & Analytics, Engineering, Business Administration or other fields relevant to the responsibilities of the role.

Experience: At least 3 years of progressive experience in data and business analytics, business process improvement, or business-focused computer applications. Proficiency in Advanced Excel and Power BI is required. Project management certification is a plus.

Languages: Proficiency in Spanish and English, spoken and written, is required. 

Note: Job level (grade) will be determined based on a combination of education and relevant experience.

Type of contract and duration

International staff contract, 36 months initially, renewable upon mutual agreement.
