About this position
We are looking for a highly experienced, delivery focused, and strategically minded Facilities Program and Portfolio Consultant. As Facilities Program and Portfolio Consultant, you will provide technical and analytical support across multiple corporate real estate initiatives, contributing to space planning activities, corporate real estate transactions, procurement processes, design and construction related technical support for headquarters and country offices.
You will work in the Corporate Real Estate Group, part of the Administrative Services Division. This team is responsible for the strategic planning, delivery, and ongoing management of the organization’s corporate facilities portfolio, supporting office space planning, real estate operations, capital projects, and facilities services across headquarters and country offices worldwide.
What you’ll do
- Provide technical support throughout the full corporate real estate lifecycle, covering planning, design, construction, implementation, change management support and post‑occupancy stages.
- Help manage office workspace by monitoring the availability and use of workstations and seating capacity, and by providing space data to support layout changes, team relocations, and post‑move adjustments.

Support office fit‑outs, renovations, relocations, and operational improvements by providing technical inputs during planning, design, construction, and implementation activities.
- Support the preparation and consolidation of project‑level budget inputs, including capital and operational cost components, and review preliminary cost estimates for consistency with defined scope and assumptions.
- Support procurement processes by drafting and technically reviewing Terms of Reference, supporting processes, and contributing technical inputs to service provider shortlisting and evaluation activities
- Support corporate real estate transactions, including leases, acquisitions, renewals, and disposals, by preparing technical inputs, background information, and documentation required for transaction processes.
- Support the coordination, review, and ongoing administration of Service Level Agreements related to corporate real estate services, including editing agreement documentation, overseeing internal review and approval processes, managing service performance against defined key performance indicators, and supporting implementation, ongoing service oversight, and compliance for services delivered to internal client units at headquarters and country offices.
- Support the development, revision, and modernization of technical reference materials used across corporate real estate initiatives by consolidating inputs, supporting review cycles, and maintaining documentation and version control.

Support commissioning, handover, move‑ins, and transition to operational use for completed corporate real estate initiatives by providing technical coordination and documentation support.

Follow project management processes and standards across all projects, ensuring complete and accurate project data in the ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management system. This includes maintaining up‑to‑date charters, schedules, status reports, financials, risks, change requests, and completion reports.
What you'll need
- Education: Master’s degree (or equivalent advanced degree) in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Facilities Management, or a closely related field is required.
- Experience: At least 5 years of progressive professional experience in facilities program management, capital project management, corporate real estate, or large-scale office environments, and building construction and/or renovation projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office is required.
- Languages: Proficiency in English and one of the other Bank official languages (Spanish, French or Portuguese) is required.

Type of contract and duration
International consultant Full-Time, 19 months (up to 48 months, subject to eligibility).
