About this position
The IT Operations Division manages, implements, and maintains the global information technology infrastructure of the Bank (data centers, personal computers, storage, networks and data, voice, and video communications) and disaster recovery following published standards, best practices, and the Bank's IT environment. The Division is looking for a System Administrator consultant.
The IT Service Management team oversees the service operations for the Bank's global user infrastructure, covering a broad range of activities, including IT support, service desk operations, desktop support, end-user computing, and mobility services. The team uses ITIL-based processes to manage all service requests received through the Client Center as a single point of contact, ensuring a standardized approach to service delivery and improving the overall service quality. The IT Service Management team aims to ensure that IT services are delivered efficiently and effectively, meeting customer expectations and supporting the organization's overall success.
What you’ll do
Design, configure, and build Microsoft Endpoint Manager solutions, including SCCM, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Intune Autopilot, Cloud-attached Management, Desktop Analytics, App management, software updates, and Device Compliance.
Deploy, administer, migrate, upgrade, and integrate application using SCCM and Intune.
Troubleshoot and resolve Intune and endpoint issues, including configuration, compliance, quarantine, and remediation.
Prepare Windows OS images using MDT (MS Deployment Toolkit) and SCCM Task Sequences.
Configure, manage, troubleshoot, and optimize device management tools (Intune, SCCM, and JAMF), including provisioning, de-provisioning, remote support, diagnosis, and troubleshooting.
Develop solutions for a consistent and secure client device experience for all employees and contractors, specifically AVD.
Support the design, configuration, deployment, and management of infrastructures and tools for mobile applications development.
Provide support for Enterprise Mobile Management, including IDB app store maintenance, policies, device testing, and monitoring compliance.
Act as the last support line engineer (escalation engineer) and implementation engineer supporting others support Teams.
Create knowledge articles and documentation for any changes in the environment or new technologies being introduced.
What you'll need
Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical discipline or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience.
Experience: Minimum two (2) years experience. Additional Experience: 1) Microsoft Intune; Windows OS, O365 platform, OS Imaging with MDT and SCCM OSD, Apple and Android devices, endpoint configuration and management platforms; 2) Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Windows servers and Network Administration; 3) Experience in Enterprise Mobile Management; 4) Experience in application and desktop virtualization; 5) Knowledge and experience with Active Directory, PKI infrastructure, MS Config Manager (SCCM), SSH, and MS SQL; 6) Knowledge and understanding of IDB applications and IT procedures; 7) Experience deploying IT solutions organization-wide for 4000+ users; 8) Knowledge and experience in the testing, development, deployment, and publication processes for mobile applications in Apple, Google, and Microsoft stores, as well as in-house deployments. Skills: 1) Capable of performing project coordination tasks with multiple actors, some of them remotely. Produce clear documentation regarding newly implemented technologies. Interact with vendors, lead support calls, and assist in procurement. Excellent communication and time management skills; 2) Knowledge of Active Directory, scripting technologies such as Windows PowerShell, network and networking protocols, and Domain Name Servers functions; 3) Working knowledge of ITIL Framework is a plus.
Languages: Proficiency in Spanish and English, spoken and written, is required. Additional knowledge of French and Portuguese is preferable.

Consanguinity: You have no family members (up to the fourth degree of consanguinity and second degree of affinity, including spouse) working at the IDB, IDB Invest, or IDB Lab.
Type of contract and duration
International consultant Full-Time, 12 months (up to 36 months).
